Natural Expressions Royalty Free End User License Agreement
NOTICE TO USER: THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY OPENING ANY NATURAL EXPRESSIONS PACKAGE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may,
within a 15 days, return this media envelope UNOPENED, along with the rest of the package, to Natural Expressions,
for a full refund. No refund will be paid if this package has been opened.
The license agreement, below, will apply to all Natural Expressions Stock Photography products. All Natural
Expressions FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHS and BOOK ON CD are copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any manner.
LICENSE AGREEMENT. United States copyright law and international trade provisions protect these Natural
Expressions Stock Photography images ("The Images"). You must treat these Images just as you would any other
copyrighted material such as a book. However, Natural Expressions realizes that you have licensed this copy of
The Images so that you could copy The Images in their present or modified form and incorporate them into another work.
Natural Expressions therefore grants you permission to copy and modify The Images for your own internal use. The
Images may not be distributed as part of any software product or as part of an electronic document (not including
web site designs) or collection of documents without written permission from Natural Expressions. Natural Expressions,
does however, give you permission to incorporate and distribute duplicate or modified Images as an incidental part of
any product or collection of products which are distributed commercially (i.e., distributed for profit, such as a newsletter,
brochure, packaging, web site designs, etc.); provided the use or distribution of any of The Images does not constitute a
substantial portion of the value of the goods distributed commercially. For example, you may not, without written permission
from Natural Expressions, use an Image as art image on a T-Shirt or poster manufactured for resale.
You may use the contents as decorative, typographic, or illustrative material that is included as part of a total
graphic design for print or other communication channels produced for you, your client, your employer, that is not
for resale or redistribution as art for reproduction or as any form of stock design. You may not use any of the contents,
in whole or in part, for multiple resale in the form of stock proofs, engravings, film, mats, printing, digitized images,
etc., without written permission.
The purchase or use of this software does not, in any way, transfer ownership or rights to contents, in whole or in
part, to you. You may make one (1) copy of the software solely for backup purposes and may operate the software in one
computer at a time. You may not copy the software, its contents or user's manual to sell or distribute to others.
Natural Expressions grants you this license for a single CPU (central processing unit) only. This software may not be
loaded onto a Local Area Network, or Wide Area Network unless a license has been purchased for each CPU on the network.
LIMITED WARRANTY. Natural Expressions warrants the software against defects in material and workmanship assuming
normal use, for ninety (90) days from the date of the original purchase of this product. If a disk is defective,
Natural Expressions will replace the disk at no charge to you, if you return the disk to Natural Expressions at the
address below within the ninety (90) days of purchase. Your sole and exclusive remedy, and Natural Expressions sole
and exclusive liability, will be either replacement of the disk or a refund of the purchase price in accordance with
this limited warranty.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE IMAGES MADE BY NATURAL
EXPRESSIONS OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, DELIVERY OR LICENSING OF THE IMAGES. The warranty
and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES. In no event will Natural Expressions be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or
incidental damages resulting from the use of The Images, or any defect in The Images, or manual, even if they have been
advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, they shall have no liability for any programs or data used with
Natural Expressions software products, including the cost of recovering or reproducing these programs or data.
